Yesterday was a gorgeous day to go outside and enjoy nature. One of my favorite places to go with my little friends (amiguitos) is Quarton Lake Park in Birmingham, Michigan. I was fascinated to see how one of them was so excited, curious and happy with everything around him. he loved walking on the grass and he also enjoyed watching the birds, ducks, geese, and different kinds of insects. He also really liked listening to the sounds of the waterfall, looking at the clouds and throwing little rocks in the pound. That was a beautiful connection!!! Kids need nature and they sometimes encourage us to take time from our regular busy routines and get outside to enjoy nature with them. Isn't it wonderful?
